treatment and service description

your reflexology session is not only therapeutic but it is very stress reducing. to add to your experience you may want to choose one of our "extra" treatments.

the "mud pack" consists of your complete reflexology session followed by your feet being coated in a healing mud pack and wrapped. while the mud "steeps" on your feet your hands will experience the bliss of reflexology.

"hot stone reflexology" is done with heated basalt rocks combined with cold white granite rocks from the healing halcion springs. you will feel the surge of energy travel throughout your body. this treatment is so strong that many pregnant women have resorted to this treatment to help bring on labour and with success!

we all know how wonderful it is to relax on the couch late in the evening with our partner, rubbing each others feet adds to this bonding time. the "group training session" has been designed just for you. we will teach you how to effectively work on your partners feet without hurting your hands and what techniques will aid in healing. this session is designed for 2-6 people.
