welcome to Reflexology, the art of natural healing by applying pressure to reflexes in the feet.

Karen McNeill, certified Reflexologist, conveniently performs treatments in the comfort of your own home, reducing your time and stress of travel and the need to enter into an unfamiliar clinical environment. Karen brings with her everything necessary for a successful Reflexology treatment.

The client remains dressed in comfortable clothes, removing only shoes and socks. Karen has the client lay on a zero gravity chair, cleanses your feet with a swab and places your feet on top of fresh linens. Hand massage and pressure is applied to stimulate reflexes in your feet. A basic foot Reflexology treatment lasts one hour. It is quite common to do a few treatments initially within the first few weeks. These initial treatments encourage the natural healing of your body and help to rid of unwanted toxins.

Your home is the best place to heal, allowing you to be in familiar surroundings. Your Reflexology experience will reduce emotional and physical stress and encourage natural healing.

Reflexology will improve the quality of your life

about Karen McNeill

Karen was employed in the medical field for over 15 years. Five years ago she took the Reflexology course out of pure interest, not really expecting to turn it into a career! It took about a year to become a Reflexologist, certified with the Reflexology Association of Canada (www.reflexologycanada.ca). During her studies she noticed a difference in the people that received her treatments. Not only was there an improvement in their physical health, but there was a noticeable change in their mental health as well. She liked what she saw and decided to turn her training into a business.

Karen still holds a position at the Kelowna General Hospital one day a week and the rest of her time is dedicated to her Reflexology business and her family.

For the past two years Karen has held a director position on the board for the Reflexology Association of Canada . This past fall she was elected to the position of Chair.

Her dedication to Reflexology has taken her to conferences in Australia and most recently to Montreal where she was a guest speaker.

"It is exciting to experience the growth of Reflexology. There are more practioners of Reflexology and the public is becoming more aware of what Reflexology can do to improve their health. Decreased health usually shows in us by way of a symptom, Reflexology works to keep us healthy and reduce symptoms."
